Birth registration of a child of 0-45 days is compulsory
Details
The government has made it compulsory to register the birth of a 0-45 day old child free of cost, failing which there is a provision of 1 year imprisonment with a fine of up to Rs 5,000. So register for the baby at the right time for free.
